Pelvic Floor Health

Urinary incontinence affects 200 million people worldwide

1 in 4 women over the age of 18 experience episodes of leaking urine involuntary

The NHS estimates that between 3-6 million people in the UK have some degree of incontinence

Constipation affects between 3-15% of the population

Bowel dysfunction is one of the main drivers for bladder dysfunction

Incontinence is twice as common in women than men

Stress urinary incontinence is highly prevalent in active women attending gyms or exercise classes, but is rarely screened for.

Leaking is common and many people do suffer, however, it isn't normal and there is always something you can do about it.  A rehabilitation programme can provide long term solutions for pelvic floor health and in many cases improved mental health too.

We are able to provide rehabilitation programmes for stress urinary incontinence, urge incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain.  Please see the options below.
