About this course

An online training program to help women at peri-post menopause look and feel their best.Your custom online workout program is designed by Personal Trainer Sharon Morrow.

Upon purchase you are invited to a video assessment to discus your goals, lifestyle, current wellbeing status and personal requirements.
Your trainer will create a program for you to follow either at home or in the gym, which will guide you towards your goals.
Nutritional coaching and macronutrient tracking is provided on an individual basis and included in you plan.
You'll find recipe packs to help you make quick and easy meals for the whole family that are nutritionally balanced and healthy.
Bi-weekly phone calls with your trainer will help you stay on track with your workouts and provides an opprtunity to discuss your program if required.
