Having just started marathon training at 38, I feel the next decade of my life is fast approaching. Â Hopefully with a healthy balance of exercise, good nutrition, rest and recovery, I will remain fit, healthy and injury free.
I have trained many clients to achieve their health and fitness goals no matter what their age, and I continue to educate the importance of mental and physical wellbeing for a healthy happy life.
