Who Are We?

When New Dimensions Fitness opened its doors in 2014, our aim was to provide a positive training environment that was fun, educational and empowering.  The friendly community of members that has evolved since then has helped created the foundation of who we are.  

Each member that joins is welcomed to our studio with open arms.  Our sessions are designed to push you mentally, physically and emotionally to places that you may not believe possible.  But with consistency and frequency, you will move closer to your goals every single day.  You do not need to be fit before you begin your journey, you just need to be committed.

Our Semi-Private Personal Training membership is for groups of up to 8 people looking to improve health, change physically and mentally and understand what it really takes to be fit and healthy for life.  Our coaching isn't just in the studio, you will be guided online with training modules and supported in our private members group.

We have discovered that when your environment is positive and you're surrounded by people of similar belief systems, your progress accelerates.  This is one of the many reasons we choose to hold Semi-Private Personal Training sessions

New Dimensions Fitness also offers online coaching, so if you're not local to us in Northampton you can still benefit from the services we provide.

Sharon Morrow

Since joining the fitness industry in 1998, Sharon has coached hundreds of clients into better health and wellbeing.

Her passion and commitment to provide health, fitness and wellbeing services for all who need them, has enabled her to coach online as well as in-person sessions.  Sharon particularly specialises in Woman's Health at peri-post menopause and helps females look and feel their best during the next phase of their life.  Sharon uses Rapid Transformational Therapy techniques which focuses on the power of the mind to bring her clients to their desired goal quickly and easily. Her coaching style is holistic and empowering, promoting longevity and vitality.

I have been a member of New Dimensions Fitness since Sharon opened the studio in 2014. Prior to joining ND I had ‘dabbled’ in fitness, always intending to get fit but my commitment was sporadic. Since joining ND, I have consistently exercised, at least twice a week, and this is ALL down to Sharon.

I've been a member of New Dimensions Fitness since the outset 3 years ago, and in that time I have changed my fitness, my eating habits and my outlook - thanks to Sharon. I joined this programme because I really wanted to focus on a couple of specific areas of my health and fitness. I'm really pleased that even after three years on my journey, on this programme I've learned new approaches, tools and ideas, and been motivated by Sharon and the wider team to make changes and strengthen my commitment and mindset.

A real bonus is the support group you become part of - Sharon facilitates a supportive environment where you can be honest, share your issues, support others. Everyone genuinely wants each other to do well. And it's fun!

Having been a fitness fanatic for a number of years now I was getting frustrated at still having those annoying few extra wobbly bits, and as the years go on it gets harder to maintain. Talking this through with Sharon at New Dimensions Fitness she asked me to do a food diary. Although convinced I ate a healthy diet I completed the diary. Sharon, convinced I was not eating enough persuaded me to do a 4 day experiment. During this experiment (eating lots and lots of certain food) I lost a pound each day. Having the proof I began to realise that I just was not eating enough, and my body was in Fat storage mode.

Armed with this information and a weekly session with Sharon, I have been amazed at the results. I have over the last few weeks stripped those last few wobbly bits and lost 6 percent of my Body Fat. I now feel in the best shape ever and can't thank Sharon enough for all her efforts. You do get back what you are prepared to put in, but what I took away from this, is that at New Dimensions Fitness there are no 'one size fits all' syndrome.

The journey you take is totally depending on your mind set and by working with Sharon you can achieve your goals.

This is the most fun you'll ever have at a fitness session! Sharon is a great motivator and the small groups are always friendly. The only fitness programme I have stuck to and the results are measurable. No machines, just activities that make you get the most out of your time spent there.

I started with New Dimensions Fitness in Feb 2015 and it has changed my life!  It sounds cheesy but it's so true. I have got fitter, stronger, happier and I have made such great friends.  

Every single session you work hard, you burn, you feel exhausted, but you get out what you put in.... So if you're thinking about joining, just do it, you will love it!
