Semi-Private PT is for groups of 2-8 people with similar health and fitness goals. Sessions are 55 mins and consist of strength training, core conditioning and mixed cardio.

At New Dimensions Fitness our environment is fun, friendly and positive.  Most members join us not knowing anyone and quickly develop a network of supportive friends who encourage and motivate each other throughout their journey.  

Working out in a small group means you can share the fun and challenges, that sometimes you miss out on with 1:1 sessions.  

Whilst I encourage a little competition this is always towards yourself. Stepping out of your comfort zone, is when you create change and move forward.

Consistency is crucial for achieving results, therefore a semi-private service means members can book in several times a week and achieve their goals quicker.
