A Strength Tool You Can Use At Home

I get asked quite frequently about strength training at home and what equipment would be a good investment.  My suggestion is normally kettlebells as they’re so versatile and a great way to strengthen your entire body.

Unless you’re planning on converting your garage into a mini gym, it can be a little difficult to store equipment in your lounge or bedroom without it getting in the way or becoming obtrusive.  Yes kettlebells make a fantastic door stop but there are far prettier and cheaper options to prevent your door from slamming shut in the summer.

Before you head out and buy another kettlebell for your collection, I want to share with you a new product that I have been using and think is fantastic!  The StrengthTool is a plate loaded, all-in-one Kettlebell that gives you the option to progressively increase weight without having to buy another kettlebell each time you get stronger.

It’s designed specifically to act as a full Kettlebell set in one and is compatible with standard or Olympic weight plates.  This gives you more options when increasing or decreasing weights for each exercise.

What I love about the StrengthTool is you can increase in smaller increments unlike traditional kettlebells, which ascend by 4kg each size.  By having this option you are able to build strength gradually and safely.  I particularity liked the handle as I was able to keep good grip.  I normally find this quite challenging as a female with small hands, the heavier the kettlebell, the larger the girth of the handle.  With the StrengthTool I can increase my kettlebell swing weight with more confidence on maintaining grip.
