How To Prevent Weight Gain This Christmas

It’s normal to have chocolate and champagne for breakfast on Christmas day isn’t it?  Followed by Christmas dinner, pudding and a cheese board the size of a small car.

In reality you’re going to over indulge a little, but if you’re mindful of your behaviours, you’ll be more likely to get away with any damage after consuming the banquet on Christmas day.
