Last year myself and members of New Dimensions Fitness ran 1,000 miles for comic relief and raised well over £1000…. This year we want more people to get involved and hope to raise lots of money!
I wanted a fitness challenge that could be done at home (including the kids) and that could be shared on social media by nominating your family and friends to join the campaign. Â Not only will this raise awareness, you will have a fitness challenge as well…. Everyones a winner!
