Hands up if you’ve ever felt the struggles of combining motherhood and keeping your fitness routine. If it wasn’t for the fact that going back to work was fitness training for me, I think I would’ve found it very difficult. My good intentions of postnatal workouts with my new bundle of joy, simply didn’t happen.
