Once Christmas is over and you have overindulged in festive food and booze, leaving you feeling ready to burst, it’s likely you are ready to make that leap to resolve your lifestyle for 2018.
If you can recall from previous resolutions, that keeping up the motivation to remain on track can be a struggle, and without the right support it is impossible to really make a positive change.
It’s so easy to finish the festive season feeling lethargic and carrying a lot more weight than you started with.  Then as we head into January, we all start to feel we want to make some changes to our diet and fitness regimes to improve our overall health.
I decided I wanted to offer something more for people seriously looking to change their lifestyle.  I wanted to have a day of wellness to kick start the New Year with a more mindful approach. We know that motivation is the key to success when it comes to your new year goals, and a one day workshop gives us the chance to cover everything you need to know from diet to managing your stress levels, and how to manage around your work, giving you the tools to really make a change

Starting at 10.30am including pilates, special guest Cassie Farren, Author of ‘The Girl Who Refused to Quit’ ‘Rule Your World’, Â Sheena Shah NLP Practitioner hosting a session on ‘Setting goals’. Â Filomena Fontana on ‘overcoming barriers’ a Speedy Smashing Smoothie demonstration and finishing the day with candlelit Pilates. (Plus a healthy lunch is also included!) With such a diverse, exciting program, you will be set up to achieve a healthier New Year in 2018.
